The Founders
StandStill Insurance was born out of faith and divine guidance. For many months, God spoke to both of us, two single mothers of adult children with disabilities, with a clear message: Stand still. In obedience and trust, we did just that. From that place of stillness, StandStill Insurance was formed.
As mothers, we understand firsthand the challenges and uncertainties that come with raising children with unique needs. We also know that one of the most powerful ways to protect our children’s future is through access to quality health insurance and financial protection against life’s unexpected turns. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.
At StandStill Insurance, we are more than an agency, we are advocates, driven by purpose, compassion, and a deep sense of calling. We’re here to walk alongside families, especially those with vulnerable loved ones, and to offer coverage solutions that bring peace of mind, stability, and hope.

Stephanie Morales
Stephanie Morales Rosa has worked in the health insurance market since 1999 and spent 15 years as a Registered Nurse, caring for seniors in home care, assisted living, and independent living settings. Now licensed in Health, Life, and Annuity Insurance, she specializes in helping the elder community navigate their insurance options with compassion and clarity. Supporting seniors has always been Stephanie’s passion, and she is here to make sure they feel informed, secure, and cared for.
Carylon Hunter-Pitts
Since 1996, Carylon Hunter-Pitts has been helping people understand the systems behind insurance as an insurance systems analyst, and after navigating life as a caregiver and widow, she knew she had to do more. Today, Carylon uses her experience and heart to guide individuals ages 18 to 118 through Life, Health, Annuities, and Medicare. Her mission is to make financial protection feel personal, clear, and empowering because your peace of mind matters.
